Pre-Pointe and Pointe Class
Fridays, 1.00 - 2.00pm (London timezone), Online via Zoom (recordings available)
These lessons are designed for students wanting to start or progress their pointe work in a safe and holistic manner. The class will incorporate pre-pointe exercises to develop ankle strength and stability and establish correct placement. A key focus of these lessons is helping dancers to identify their personal development areas, manage their hypermobility and prevent injury.
The lessons will include warm-up exercises, barre work and introductory centre exercises. Exercises can be modified or adapted to suit different levels of experience. You are welcome to attend live or purchase a recording. Recordings are available for 7 days.
